I have learned a lot over the course of my young life and am grateful for every single lesson, regardless of the pain it manifested within.

My goal with this post is to share my perspective to help everybody, especially people in their 20’s, to become joyful, healthy, and inspired.

Let’s jump right in.

Lesson #1: Develop an athletic mindset, even if you don’t consider yourself an athlete.

I am a competitive soccer player. It is my preferred sport and muse and acts as the foundation of my personal development.

Maybe your thing is running, swimming, playing football, etc., but regardless, developing the mindset of a professional athlete is valuable.

There are many similarities…

Don’t trust people who tell you to “protect your energy.”

They’re often the worst offenders of neglecting their energetic system and have no idea what the statement means.

I have a healthy relationship with vitality, and the only times I experience lethargy are when I stray away from a disciplined lifestyle.

Here are six deadly mistakes that make you feel lethargic and unmotivated.

Keep reading if you want to stop procrastinating, feel powerful, and knock out crucial tasks towards an inspiring vision.

Mistake #1: You consistently pound Big Mac’s.

They tell you to be wary of external influences but ignore the internal.

Nutrition is a keystone habit…

The feeling of being lost in life isn’t a pleasant one, but you can learn how to embrace the unknown and use it to your advantage.

As a 23-year-old, I have gone through a few periods where it felt like I was the only sailor navigating life’s ocean.

My most crucial experience manifested when I was in England as an 18-year-old, far from home in Southern California.

My passion and childhood dream for professional soccer sent me halfway across the world to get an opportunity to share my gift…

You want to know how to ascend the hierarchy, especially among your peers.

If you have the same mentality as I do, then you’re on a good path.

Most young people are interested in short term pleasure because nobody teaches them how to create an inspiring vision and act upon it.

There’s one skill that you need to cultivate if you desire self-respect, abundance, and success…

How To Win When You’re Young

If you’ve read enough of my work, you’ll know that self-control is a…

As we speak, I’m currently on day 37 of semen retention.

I first came across this idea about a year ago and vouched for its benefits.

Keep reading as I explore my perspective on the subject and how it can help you reach greater heights.

What is semen retention?

Semen retention is simple in theory and practice:

It is the art of avoiding ejaculation.

Many young men stumble upon the practice because they search for…

2020 has been hectic.

You experienced tragedy, heartbreak, love, bliss, gratitude, and despair.

But I want you to notice one thing:

You are still here to live, laugh, and love.

Express gratitude for this gift.

You made it through one of the most turbulent years to date.

In preparation for 2021, I want to share some lessons that have personally impacted my character.

Build something meaningful, urgently.

At the beginning of this year, I chose to connect two close friends and run the idea of a podcast as a trio by them.

They loved it.

Fast forward to this month, and The 2 AM…

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

I’ve been thinking a lot about society and how the individual relates to it.

Current culture doesn’t have your best interest at heart.

It unconsciously wants you to act sheepish.

It seeks your attention, and more importantly, your obedience.

Here’s a crucial thing to understand:

Society cannot look out for you because it isn’t human.

Large human-created entities such as corporations cannot empathize with you because no one person is controlling them.

People collectively create these entities, but…

There is one universal force that rules every human being.

It is an invisible energy that keeps us within the safety of our comfort bubble, tidying our worldview to help us feel good about ourselves and the environment.

Even though you cannot see it, you can feel it tugging away at your spirit nearly every moment.

It influences your food choices.

It whispers answers to commonly asked questions within the mind.

For the majority, it is in the driver's seat…

“Think twice before you speak, because your words and influence will plant the seed of either success or failure in the mind of another.”

It’s no secret that nobody wants to be around mentally, physically, and spiritually unhealthy people.

You find it repulsive, assuming that you are a healthy person.

But that’s the problem:

Most of us are in a state of dis-ease, yet we expect to attract high-quality people who live to the fullest and share their gift with the world.

There is only one way to attract great people.

If you want an inner circle that forces you to evolve, you must intend to become…

“Discipline is the enemy?!”

“What are you talking about, Zaid?”

Self-control is a valuable skill to learn in the 21st century, especially considering that you live in a hedonistic society.

But what people don’t tell you is that there is an ugly side to discipline.

Allow me to explain..

Here’s An Important Distinction To Understand

There are two types of discipline:

One stems from love, while the other stems from fear.

I made this distinction only after I had enough…
